The purpose of the activity was to spread knowledge about gender-based violence, reproductive health, and how to find and use local resources for support. Local authorities and the community claimed that there is a dearth of information on these topics and that such activities are uncommon among them. A vast amount of knowledge was sensibilized to a total of 𝟏𝟑𝟎 participants from Covalima municipality and 𝟏𝟔𝟓 participants from Baucau municipality, including people with disabilities and LGBTI community, by representative from the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Social Solidarity and Inclusion, Vulnerable Person Unit from PNTL, Uma Mahon Salele, Judicial System Monitoring Program (JSMP), and also participated by representative from UNFPA.

HAMNASA is happy to continue to bring together communities that often have difficulty accessing information and have limited knowledge of the violence that occurs among them and supporting their well-being.
