Celebrating Women’s Strength, Resilience, and Achievements this International Women’s Day
This International Women’s Day, we come together to celebrate the incredible strength, resilience, and achievements of women across the globe. At HAMNASA, we stand united with women from all walks of life, recognizing their contributions to society, amplifying their voices, and advocating for their rights. We are committed to fostering an environment where women are empowered, supported, and celebrated. As an organization that has always prioritized the empowerment and well-being of women, we are proud to be part of the ongoing movement for gender equality and social justice. In line with this mission, we were honored to participate in the Fair for Women’s Economic Empowerment, a three-day event held from March 6th to 7th, 2025. The event was organized by a remarkable coalition of organizations—World Vision, FOKUPERS, FEEO, and the Europe Union—and it brought together individuals and organizations dedicated to promoting women’s economic empowerment, well-being, and rights.
Throughout the fair, we had the opportunity to showcase the impactful work HAMNASA is doing to uplift and celebrate women. We also provided valuable information on key issues such as maternal and child health, as well as the prevention and response to Gender-Based Violence (GBV). These topics are at the core of our mission, and we believe that by providing awareness and education, we can make a significant difference in creating safer, healthier, and more inclusive communities for women and girls.
As we celebrate International Women’s Day, we reaffirm our commitment to standing beside women, supporting their voices, and driving positive change in every community we touch. Together, we can build a future where women’s rights are fully realized, where they are free from violence, and where they have the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential.
